Meeting my MACROS - Getting Sick of the same ole thing

I have been tracking my MACROs with a trainer now for 12 weeks and am getting sick of the same ole foods. The plan is working for me and I am having wonderful results but I need some suggestions.
I have mostly salads for lunch with baked/grilled chicken breasts, breakfast is either ground turkey with egg whites and cheese or toast with banana and PB powder mixed in greek yogurt... Dinners are what ever I can throw together that I have at home... some times nachos (with the turkey), a pizza (with the turkey) or a turkey meat sauce over riced cauliflower.

So.... I am getting tired of the turkey and egg whites all the time. I do do meal prep and need help on some thing different.... BUT... it needs to be able to last in the fridge for a few days or be frozen and heated up and very quick to eat (not necessarily prep, because I am on the go and eating in my car most of the time).

I will take any suggestions!!! Plus I have been running low on protein while meeting fat and carbs, so any ideas there would be helpful too.

the good thing with macros is that you can literally eat anything that you want if it fit your macros

if you are tired of turkey - try pork loin - it has a similar protein profile
if you are tired of rice - try farro or barley or a similar grain
  • Okay, I also have an intolerance to oats and items like the ezikeal bread... any suggestions for an alternative to those?
