Night eating issue

I've been having issues waking up absolutely starving about four hours after falling asleep. I usually end up eating a snack because if I don't I can't fall back asleep. I've tried not to, but I'll lay awake for two hours or so. Will this eventually go away or is there something I can do to help curb this issue. I don't want it affecting my gains (err losses). Here's my current situation:

Male, 31, 5'9"
Starting weight: 236
Current weight: 211
Daily calories: 1750 - 2000
Exercise: 300 calories, 5 days a week

Thanks for any insight!

I would go through that too, especially since I tend to be a person that wakes up in the middle of the night from anxiety. Usually, eating closer to bedtime has helped me, so I plan out my calories so I have something small but filling before bed, like fruit or a cheese stick or something.

How much are you losing per week. There is a constant tension between what we do in pursuit of weight loss and satisfaction with how we are living by doing. It.

Do you think anything other than hunger is disrupting your sleep? Look on YouTube, there’s loads of stuff about seeping through the night. Or getting back to sleep when you wake up.

Do you suppose a bedtime snack might help? I’ve always smacked after dinner, all planned and accounted for. You can do a lot with 100 calories at bedtime. But big question is are you eating enough overall?

And if you do wake put you can do a lot with 100 calories of warm milk.
