Log in Challenge

We all know working out and eating well are the "secrets" to success.

For me, I find the most success when I routinely log in to MFP each day. If I'm going to eat a piece of cake at the work function or a random amount of cherries, I need to log it appropriately. The nutritional graphs and info at the end of the day is such GOLD for me! When I ignore the nutritional information in something and don't log it, I start to get comfortable...

I'd like to do a 30 day challenge to simply log in to MFP each day and track my foods eaten and total ounces of water consumed. I'll track my weight every few days to stabilize and track progress too.

Anyone need a partner to keep them accountable too? :smiley:
