regaining weight.

I lost over 220lbs 2 years ago. I have been at maintenance for a year. Was trying to bulk a few months ago and just maintained. Whenever I added calories, I just became more active. I lost a monkey ton of LM while losing most of my weight. I had no idea what the kitten I was actually doing. Well, I am truly lean bulking now. What I am wondering is, will my tdee go up as I regain weight? I know AT is real, but just wondering if someone here has any experience like mine.

Your TDEE will go up simply by virtue of the fact that with more mass, it takes more energy to move it around. And there will likely be an upregulation (at least to some degree) of BMR as well. Don't try to guess at what those factors will be, though - just track your calories and weight, and adjust accordingly.3

Anvil, does MFP pay you for your post? If not, they should. You are on stuff ASAP! Thanks!3
