Finally Losing Again

In 2008/2009 I dropped from 350 to 220 and met my wife. Various life stress and a loss of will power helped me regain it all, and I finally managed to get into the mindset to lose it again in June. I'm determined to get from my starting weight of 360 to my goal of 160 and I'm hoping to get there by the end of 2019. A "side quest" of mine is to also have visible abs, which means getting to 12% body fat or less.

Right now I'm enjoying a low carb diet and an average of 1100-1200 kcal/day. It's a bit low but I did not intentionally choose to start a low calorie diet, it happened naturally as my body got comfortable with eating less and I don't starve myself at all - if I get hungry, I'll have a fat/protein rich snack or some greens. I'm also having blood work done every three months since my initial blood work showed me slightly pre-diabetic. I'm looking forward to my second appointment in October when I'll be well under 300 and most likely no longer pre-diabetic :)
