Day 1 (properly!!)

Hi ladies and gents,
I’m a bit late to the party today, sorry! My partner works offshore and was up at the 4.30 this morning to catch a train up to Aberdeen so I had a somewhat disturbed night’s sleep.
Today is my proper day 1 of calorie counting, and trying to lose weight. I feel like my body is just slipping away from me at the moment and it is time to get it back! The person I see in the mirror is not the real me any more.
My goals today:
15000 steps
Log everything I eat
Attend support group for another problem I have
30 minute workout
10 minutes meditation

Let’s get cracking! (Not eggs. I don’t like eggs).
