Although I'm not new to MFP, this is my first introduction. My name is Rose and I am a newly single mom of 3. I found myself spiraling out of control after my separation and ballooned to over 200 pounds on my small 5'1" frame. I was determined to be a good role model for my kids, so I whipped myself back into shape. So far I've lost 30 pounds since April 2. My goal is to hit 150 by the end of the year. I've noticed that the weight is coming off slower than it did in the beginning, so I may need a pep talk every once in a while. Hope you guys got my back!     Just don't expect pep talks to lose faster; your weightloss naturally slows down as you lose. Pep talk to be more patient, you can have :)
