New to Forums (And Somewhat to MFP)

I am new here :)

I've been using MFP for a while, slipped quite a lot and stopped logging (out of pure laziness really) but have turned myself back on and have got strict with myself making sure I log everything I eat.

To date, I have lost 3st 10lbs (52lbs) since February 2018. In July I joined a functional gym and a week later I started personal training with them.

I probably need to lose another 3st at least, but would be happier losing another 3st 11lbs (53lbs). With doing a lot f weight lifting at the gym though, I am already feeling new muscle, so I am aware that this will change what the scales say! As part of my training I do get my body fat percentage taken, so I'm working on decreasing that as much as possible.

At the same time, my partner is trying to bulk up, which means I'm eating around 1500 - 1700 calories a day, whereas he is supposed to be eating more like 3000 a day. This difference can be quite hard to manage as I do all of the cooking and meal prep.

Anyway, my goal is fueled by a desire to be healthy and self-confident!
