bf% from 29% also insanity or running??

Hi guys I lift 5 days a week and run 3 days for 3 miles. Also play 1hr of football a week. I was considering changing the running for insanity workout. But ia that too much?? I was at 29% bf when I checked 3 weeks agom guna measure again in a week. How fast can I expect to lose bf% with my activity level?? I lost 8lbs in the last 4 weeks is this good?? Currently weigh 15.9 stone at 5ft 7. Thanks guys.
