Hi
Just wondering if anyone had any good low calorie lunch recipes (UK based) that are still very filling?
Thanks in advance!

Protein, fiber and fat are filling components but it's a different combination for everyone.

I do veggie salads with grilled chicken. Cottage cheese, fruit, Wasa crackers and carrot sticks. Broth based soups and fruit. Sandwiches (or wraps) on "lightish" bread. Veggies & fruit on the side.

I have quite a kids lunchbox style lunch. I'll usually have a roll or sandwich on smaller bread, then a mix of items such as cheesestring, fruit, veggies, egg, yoghurt etc. This way I can control how many calories by putting different things depending on how much I have.
