electric grill recipes!
Hi guys, I just wanted to know if anyone has any electric (George Foreman) grill recipes they would like to share.
I often have to work out of town and cannot eat at restaurants due to celiac disease and lactose intolerance. I am trying to make a travel kitchen to bring with me when I go. I will be including my little grill in the kit, along with a bowl, cutting board, knife, tongs, fork, spoon, dish cloths, small bottles of spices and condiments. So far I have thought of this:
chicken-marinated, fajitas, tacos, kabobs
beef(steak)-grilled, fajitas
porkchop-grilled
bacon
eggs
hashbrowns
burger
hotdogs
grilled veggies-peppers, onions, green beans
ketchup
mustard-different types
white vinegar
mayo
bbq sauce
all my spices (salt, pepper, paprika, cumin...etc.)
If you have any other recipes or tricks or tips that you use, my grill also has changeable plates (grilled cheese sandwich and waffle iron), that you would like to share please let me know. I really am sick of eating pb&j sandwiches for all my meals when I work out of town. Thank you guys!

We use our foreman grill for fish and kielbasa. Just be sure you spray your tray because the fish will stick. If you have room for a rice cooker and an instant pot, there are so many meals you can make with those two tools.1
