A More Proper Introduction

Hi everyone. So fitness isn't entirely new to me, as I have been training for quite some time. It started as a way to try to improve issues my with self-esteem and it quickly evolved into a therapeutic experience....one that I need to enjoy on a daily basis. As with most people, nutrition is my weakest link... not so much because of all the things that I enjoy eating, but rather because I am a severely picky eater and can eat the same meal day in and day out for weeks on end. Sadly, the list of foods that i enjoy includes plenty of foods that I'd prefer to not disclose 😱. Anywho...my training has me up at 3am so that I can be at work on time (I'm a middle school Health teacher) and although that time might seem extreme to most, it is the one time during the day where I have the gym all to myself with no interruptions. I hope to meet many of you and please do not hesitate to reach out 😁.

I am far from an expert on nutrition but I know picky eaters....my son is one. The kid (kid...he's 32)'s diet consists mainly of chicken nuggets and mashed potatoes. He's been that way since he was 3. I just wish he looked more like you.
I am a restart....started here on MFP in 2012, lost 50 pounds and then gained 20 back after a life crisis. Here to get myself back in shape and hopefully stay that way. Welcome...I am Sandy. Its nice to properly meet you!1
