How do I add a saved Meal to my daily "Food" content.

I added the individual items and saved as "Fajitas".
How do I add to Dinner without reentering the items?

since you've already setup the meal - on your Food Diary, click Add Food and then 3 to the right of Recent is Meals, click that, select the meal, modify the quantity if required and click Add Checked
