When to reevaluate calorie goal?

If I am not seeing the progress I want, how long should I still continue and give my current calorie goals a chance to start working? I know I am an impatient person and am trying to see results too fast. How long should I continue eating my current calorie goal before I can determine that it is indeed too high and not working? 2 weeks? 4 weeks?

Along with the above you might want to reevaluate your expectations. Good luck.1

How long has it been? What are your stats?
It's not about getting what you "want". It's about "you" understanding how your body and the weight loss process works. I encourage you to start by reading the sticky posts at the top of this forum.5
