My name is Nicole, I’m 22. I’m trying to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 120, I am now at 135. I lost about 15lbs by cutting calories, I’m now interested in trying the keto diet. I’ve heard really positive things about this diet. I also think this diet would work well for me because I’ve lost weight just by cutting out soda and fruity drinks so if I cut the carbs and sugars in the food I eat I think I’ll see some results!     Welcome!! I lost 22 lbs since quitting soda and sweet tea, that was even before I discovered MFP!

    Yea i went from 4 mt dews a day to just water and orange juice, the pounds flew off...
