Someone gave me this on a motivational card years ago and I just ran across it again. I always thought it was cute so I thought I'd share. I changed a few words to MFP it up :wink:


PLANT A MENTAL GARDEN

Plant 5 rows of peas:

Preparedness
Positivity
Perseverance
Politeness
Prayer

Plant 4 rows of lettuce:

Let us be kind
Let us be supportive
Let us be committed
Let us be focused

Plant 3 rows of squash:

Squash criticism
Squash gossip
Squash negativity

And 3 rows of turnips:

Turn up for daily log ins
Turn up for food journaling
Turn up for workouts

    I love it...especially the turnips! Lovely for this time of year when I actually have all those things in my physical garden...and now I can cultivate them in my mental garden :flowerforyou:
