Tracking everything everyday, but not losing!

You've been tracking since July 23rd. Keep going. This isn't a sprint, it's a marathon. Keep doing what you're doing.

These things take time! It took me 8 months to lose 27 lbs. Granted, I backtracked for a bit and didnt have 100% perfect days, but still, it takes time to see changes. Just keep on going and I know you will see changes!!0 -
I only went through about a week of your diary but the thing that struck me was the lack of vegetables. It is summer time (in the northern hemisphere anyway) and so many veggies are at their absolute peak and need none or almost no cooking. I recommend adding some fresh veg to your diet - it'll help round out your nutrition which can't hurt and it may even help convince your body to release some weight. Good luck!0
