I want to start Crossfit

I am wanting to add some cross training to my C25K workouts and add some weight training too.... so I have started looking into crossfit. The problem is that, when you live 75 miles from the nearest gym that offers classes, it is hard to know where to start. Let me also add that, though I like the idea of pushing past old limits in fitness, I in no way intend to push myself to injury!!!

So, where is a beginner to Crossfit to turn for instruction on what to do and how to do it?!?! HELP!!!
