recipes with sake?

I bought a bottle of sake to make a lamb marinade.. the marinade was meh, but now I have sake leftover! Any tried/true good recipes that use this? I imagine white wine recipes would work too?

Eurgh I'm not sure! Sake has a really unusual and distinctive taste - I'm not sure it could be substituted for white wine.

Possibly a marinade for fish, with other Japanes-y ingredients like soya sauce, ginger.

oh gosh, i rarely cook fish or japanese-y things.. hehe. maybe this will be my opportunity!
