Salmon fillet

Well, I finally tried it. Not a huge fan, but I did eat it, less what I shared with the puppy. High protein, few calories, not heavy. Little garlic and soy sauce, but not something I'd do as a habit. Save the bears!

    I loooove salmon.

Coho salmon specifically is worth giving a shot though (if that wasn't what you tried).

I don't eat food I don't enjoy. I love salmon almost any way it's cooked (or raw, I love sake nigiri), but I won't touch kale with a ten foot fork. I don't care how good for me it is.

Wild rice sounds good. Salmon probably better done by somebody who cooked it before! I'm kind of a sprinkle it and slap on the grill guy.

I love salmon and eat it nearly every day... I also just cook it simply, skin side down in my grill plate for a while then a quick flip around the other sides. Yum!

I marinate my salmon in equal parts orange juice and soy sauce and grill it...so good!
