Just wondered if anyone has done slimmingworld and put it into the MFP app to check the cals???
I’m currently trying to do it and I am eating less but I can’t do this long term.

Hey. I follow SW and I log my food too. I eat around 1100 calories and have started at the gym 5/6times a week. Rest days I walk - weather dependant. But the meals I cook I don’t overload my plate with them.
I’m quite careful with SW as I think it is a high sugar diet. For example you can have apples all day long without having a Syn value. But an avacado is bad. Like wtf. Haha. I follow SW due to I’m bored of the same old diet of meat and veg. So trying to spice the kitchen up. Some ppl won’t agree with me. But it’s each to their own. Xx1 -

I’m trying to lose the last 10lb and have been bobbing around by 1-3 lb for a number of weeks so I thought this week I’d start logging food to see if I’m eating too much. Suggested calories are 1200 and I’m way over but guesstimating my food. I have also almost cut out snacks this week. Going to see how I get on for a few weeks x0
