I am trying to figure out my macros. The setting I am in now is not realistic. 10% carbs is not cutting it. I need something a little more balanced. Any suggestions. I am 5.7 222lbs and am eating around 1800 cals daily. I run 2 miles 3 days a week with HITT on other days with 2 days off. Thanks for any input:)

What is your goal? Weight loss?
The default setting on this site is perfectly good. Weight management is about calories.
The default setting is 50C 30F 20P. It works fine.2 -
Once you get at least enough protein and fat, the rest of your macro balance is entirely up to what works for your preferred way of eating and satiation.
Experiment to find the macro mix that works best for you personally.1
