Macros

I am trying to figure out my macros. The setting I am in now is not realistic. 10% carbs is not cutting it. I need something a little more balanced. Any suggestions. I am 5.7 222lbs and am eating around 1800 cals daily. I run 2 miles 3 days a week with HITT on other days with 2 days off. Thanks for any input:)
