How do you log your marinades?!!

That’s probably a dumb question ... but if you were to marinade a 4 oz chicken breast in 3 tbs of Italian dressing, would you then log all 3 of them or eyeball how much you’d actually end up “eating”? I feel like most of the dressing ends up burnt on my (non)sticky pan anyway 😂😂

I always use the amount I used.
It's a guess, but I'd rather err on the high side.
With that said, I wouldn't use 3TBS for one portion of chicken, I'd use 1 TBS. I tend to use oil sparingly and just bump up the spices.1 -
