Tendencey to gain muscle quickly? MY *kitten*. Said no one, ever.

Not even kidding. I have my mothers genetics. She is naturally very muscular and builds muscle extremely fast. She hasn't worked out a day in her life and has defined abs with still a 25% body fat.

    you special snowflake you

Those thinspo girls are anorexic. That's the whole point.

If you want to look anorexic, this isn't the site for you.

Based on your previous posts and your admitted admiration for thinspo I suspect that your idea of bulky and the rest of the world's are very different.

I'm not trying to be harsh but I think you need help......

    :noway:
I looked up thinspo. wtf? that's a THING?!!!

    DAMN GOOGLE!!!

    :noway:

OMG, I just googled it, too. "How to hide an eating disorder" Are you kidding me?

    I feel horribly fat.

I never, ever used to think this way. All the images of "thinspo" on pinterest and the web have made me look at my body shape with disgust.

    Height: 5"8
    Weight: 131
    Bust: 32"
    Waist: 26"
    Hips: 33"

My legs are chunky and my stomach has so much fat on it., I want to look like the thinspo girls :( but I just can't

As previously pointed out, you need help. Or, you are a troll. In any event, you should really go elsewhere for advice about how "bulky" you are.

I saw this too. Really, the OP is 8 inches taller than I am (that's quite a bit of height difference) and has smaller measurements, and I'm just barely in the overweight range. Look at my profile pic and tell me that I'm bulky or chunky or disgustingly fat …

    I agree, OP needs help.

I know that females are not automatically inclined to build muscle and get bulky. However, I find that I have the tendency to build muscle very quickly. I DO NOT want to get bulky. Just from jogging and going to the eliptical, I have HUGE bulky calves and I hate it. My quads are starting to get very bulky as well. What do I do about this? Exercise is the key for me to lose weight so I need to keep up with my cardio.

    Sigh...why don't I have this problem??

1.) you should try looking like YOU- not a "thinspo" girl. Seriously- how could you possible take anything with that name on it seriously.

2.) There are certain people who are genetically smaller- they will always be smaller- they always have.

3.) calves are *mostly genetic* you can improve them- but many people are doomed to have average calves despite their ABOVE average bodies. Do not use your calves as a point of reference. jogging- will NOT make you bulky.

4.) I'm 5'8" I weight almost 30 lbs more than you- and I look AMAZING- least I think. Sure there is room for improvement. But I'm strong- and I"m getting STRONGER. I have nice definition and I'm capable of lifting things I want- doing sets of pull ups- and dancing for hours (yes- I' m a dancer too- so I require strength stamina flexibility and sass)

5.) workout more. See what happens. Stop worrying about WHERE you keep your weight- and just start worrying about working out and getting better at SOMETHING.
