Hi

Trying to loose weight and get toned up. I go to the gym 4 times a week or try to lol. I’m using this app to keep track of my calories and hopefully help loose the weight I don’t need. I’m 5’9 and I was 188 lbs and lost a little which I’m very happy about! I’m 36 and my energy level is not that great sometimes, I’m hoping if I snack before the gym that will help. Add me if you like😉
