Hello I have been on and off MFP for about 5 years. The past 9 months have been the most challenging of my life as my husband has been declining with a early onset neurodengeneraticve disease. It’s like living with someone else and is very hard. Hence the comfort food and pasta eating! I would love to know if anyone out there is struggling with a spouse who is ill?

Yes I'm a carer to my husband who has multiple Heath problems prior to this I was carer 24/7 to my severely disable daughter until she sadly passed away in 2004. Recovering myself from two major ops in three months from Feb toMay this year.
It's hard to lose weight when you have the stresses of caring, feel free to add if you wish. Good luck and take care0
