so keto

so far I'm losing hella weight in ketosis or keto or fat based nutrition and low carb I haven't tested for ketosis but I will be buying strips soon. but I can tell in my face and clothes that I'm losing despite the scale stayin around the same numbers.
I'm stuggling to stay in my carb zone or limit and comsume mostly fat but I have decided between meals to do a table spoon of coconut avocado oil with a lil salt in it . since I'm peeing so much
I'm taking magnesium supplements and making mostly salads the process is really satisfying I don't feel like I'm deprived but I miss juices so much .. I miss drinking and mostly I miss a good sandwich but I want abs so I'm pushing through thanks for reading 27 lbs in a 2 month period
