I did it! I lost a pound!
Okay I am cautiously elated! I feel like I am in the zone. This hasn't been painful. 90% of the time I feel satisfied and full and well nourished. I don't feel deprived. I like what I'm eating and look forward to what I have to eat. This is the type of eating I have always felt like works for me to combat diabetes and lose weight... Protein, fat, vegetables, and dessert. Lets see how it goes next week. Goals I met this were tracking every single day. Next week more exercise but still tracking my food everyday.
