Yes quiet a ask and meals get boring.
I am dairy free as well as eating a low cal and car diet. My partner is gluten free.
We all have the same meals and are looking for some new ideas.
Anyone have any recommendations?

Yes, the more you restrict, the more boring and difficult it gets. When you have several restrictions at once, make sure all restrictions are necessary.
How low calorie are you going, and why - what's your height and weight? You know you're supposed to use all your daily calories, and that you can spread them out as you like? And that you can eat what you want, that you don't have to eat low carb to lose weight?
If you and your partner have different nutritional needs, you can basically eat the same foods but in different amounts and proportions. But if you and your partner have different allergies, you have to cut out what you're allergic to, and he/she has to cut out what he/she is allergic to. That still leaves everything that doesn't contain dairy for you, and everything that doesn't contain gluten for him/her.5 -
Focus on meat and veggies: pork chops, chicken, beef, fish, eggs, winter squash, avocados, asparagus, greens, fresh and frozen fruit. Consider roasted veggies, chili, using Romaine and other lettuce for sandwich wraps to replace bread.

Why low carb?3

Get creative with your spices and sauces. You can make meat, veg and starch into a lot of different meals just by changing the seasonings. Then change out the meat, veg and starches for even more variety.
For example, take chicken, broccoli and rice.
teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds, green onion and carrot, scrambled eggs - chicken fried rice
greek salad dressing, olives, red pepper, balsamic glaze, swap the rice for roasted red potato- greek chicken
green salsa, diced tomato, tortilla chips, dairy free cheese, guacamole - chicken nachos
If you want low carb, portion yourself a lower amount of the starch portion.

You can swap shirataki noodles or zoodles for pasta, use nutritional yeast instead of shredded cheese. You should be ok with rice, quinoa and beans, right? Try some different seasonings. I recently discovered a Greek seasoning I really like. Roasting different veggies together with different seasonings gives you a lot of options.0

Egg frittatas!
Have you tried tacoless taco salad? (Hold the sour cream)
Crock pot chicken stew? - low carb if you go with no potatoes.0 -
I am trying to minimise dairy atm to see if it helps with my skin and I have ceoliac so that's kinda my diet right now too. Depending on how low carb you're going. I eat a ton of vegetables and, like said above, herbs and spices help mix it up a bit (garam masala, cumin, tandoori mixes, thyme and rosemary are all staples I mess about with so it doesn't get too samey.
A typical day for me might be a fritatta or an omelette with onions, mushrooms, spinach and some hot sauce for breakfast. I also sometimes make a gluten and dairy free flatbread just with chickpea flour (/gram flour/ besan) a bit of baking powder and water which takes on spices very well. Lunch is steamed veg and leftover roast chicken, again with spices and hot sauce. Dinner might be spiralised courgette for "pasta", or cauliflower rice with a tomato and veg sauce/ curry (spices here are usually cayenne pepper and smoked paprika) or pureed cauliflower to act as mash with roast chicken or fish and random veg. Stir fries are easy as well with chicken or fish (if you have access to gluten free soy sauce/ tamari), with again either cauli-rice or a spiralised thing to act as noodles. I usually fry an egg on the top for some extra interest and a bit more protein.
If you're keeping carbs from veggies low then sorry, none of that will be any use to you lol0 -
Similar circumstances to you. Wife has Fibromyalgia and does much better on gluten free but she's also allergic to dairy. I do all the cooking at home and found out (after three or so years of being gluten free) that I react much worse than she does to gluten (though I'm fine with dairy). Just to keep things simple, we eat the same way whether eating at home or out.
Meats or tofu (or seitan) with lower starch vegetables. We don't limit carbs from vegetables and really eat well. Actually, when we go back to eating more like we used to (aside from the dairy/gluten), we don't really enjoy it as much as our healthier meals. Buddha bowls are great. Today, I'm making one up -- roasted beets, apples, spinach, quinoa w/ leeks, red cabbage (maybe some walnuts). Making a cranberry mustard apple cider vinegar dressing. This is common of how we eat. If you limit your sugar, grains, carbs from veggies are delicious. If you don't want that, you're really limited to meat and non starchy veggies.0 -
Use pintrest and look for Autoimmune Paleo Profile. Also look for Danielle's Against the Grain fb page, instagram and website. I feel your pain0

I would Google "dairy free keto recipes" and you'll likely get a lot of hits. You can add in carbs as needed to meet your daily goals. If you use Instagram, I follow Diane Sanfilippo, Leane Vogel, Maria Emmerich, Juli Bauer, and Cassy Joy Garcia and really enjoy the recipes that they share. You can also search hashtags like #dairyfreeketo and #glutenfree for more ideas and like I said, just adjust the recipes as needed. I'm Keto personally with a strong leaning toward Carnivore and need to avoid dairy, eggs, soy, and gluten due to allergies, but still need to cook for my spouse and kids, so my meals are usually based around the meat and veggie and then I add I side like rice or mashed sweet potatoes for the rest of the family.0

I get making changes due to allergies. Why low carb though? If you don't have a medical reason for LC, give yourself a break and don't unnecessarily complicate things.
But if you must be LC, how low are you talking? Anything under 45% is technically considered LC. You have a lot more flexibility at 44% carbs than say 5% carbs for example.0
