Is it ok to eat 3 eggs a day if I have family history of high cholesterol?
P.S All my lab tests are within range

Ask your dr. Here is a recent article, related to how eggs are no longer the demon, and how this means that on average an egg a day is safe, not 3 eggs per day

I think MFP is the only place where I have seen people interpreting the new guidelines as eating tons of eggs being safe actually.1 -

If you are worried eat only the egg whites, or three egg whites and one whole egg.0
