September 300,000 steps challenge!

I have seen these step challenges done in the past, but I didn't see any for September, so sorry if I missed one. Anyways, I figure I would start my own. My goal for September is to get 300,000 steps. To do this I'm going to walk 10,000 steps each of the 30 days. You do not have to do 10,000 steps. Do less or more, whatever works for you. Just try to have 300,000 by the end of September. I'm going to log my steps every day with a weekly total.

@Hotdawgnothotdog Haha! I’m not sure I ever have LOL! I’m amazed & pleased that very short walks grew to slightly more to medium to this... I went for years, wondering how folks could even get to 10K
I am proof it CAN be done! The folks on 24 Hours of Exercise per month are to blame 😁 and my Apple Watch 😜
The key shift for me:
NOT: “Oh, I should go for a walk, but (fill in blank: it’s too cold, too hot, too sunny, too rainy, too dark, I’m tired, etc.)
YES THIS: “Oh wow, let’s go see the day! ME TIME (music, nature, beauty, relaxing, and energizing)

We're all human and we all have our problems that make it difficult on us. I have asthma and was having trouble breathing and had trouble getting mt steps in.
