Hi!
I'm new. 33 year old female looking to lose about 15 pounds. I plan on eating about 350 calories less than what my Fitbit says I burn. Mathematically that'll be a pound every 10 days, or about 3 per month. I figure that'll allow me to reach my goal around Christmas time, give or take.
