I guess I gained all of my weight from not eating enough because I followed the stuff I filled out and got a answer for it for 1690 calories a day and now I feel stuffed!! And I still haven’t reached the goal of 1690 calories I still got 500 more to go smh 🤦🏾‍♂️ I don’t know how I’m a do it plus I drank 8 cups of water.

Most days I'm under my 1200 calories total, and I'm usually so full I can't eat any more. You don't have to force yourself to eat just to make your totals, as long as you're not consistently eating way under them.

You can add some things like more cooking oil, more salad dressing and more mayo, since they won't really make you feel more full.

@moogie_fit I don’t see how you do it that would be so hard for me to do and I’m 6”2 255 lbs.... I just wanna get back down to 195 lbs so bad! it feels like I’m carrying a whole kid around with this extra weight. I never knew you can gain by under eating.

Are you using a food scale?
Are you double checking that the entries you are using in the database have the correct calories?
    Are you eating low fat?

If you just drastically changed your diet, it is normal for it to take a few days for your digestive system to get used to it. So if this is just for a few days, it's not a big deal. But you do not want to eat that little regularly. 1500 net calories is the minimum for an adult male.

I'll add, make sure you aren't overly restricting your diet. You don't have to eat all lean diet-type foods. As you get going, make sure you include some small treats too!

And you definitely didn't gain weight from eating too little, that's not how it works

You can’t. It’s not physically possible to gain weight by under eating. It’s certainly possible to log inaccurately and think you’re eating less calories than you are, though.

But you can certainly lose significant amounts of lean body mass/muscle by under eating.

You really do want to be getting as close to that as possible. And if you are exercising (I saw elsewhere you posted that you went for a long walk today), you should be logging that and eating at least 50% of those calories as well. If it's a one-off day, and you just don't feel like eating, then eat a little more tomorrow, that's fine. It's okay to be a little over or a little under on a day by day basis. Consistently under eating can cause a few problems, one of them being undernourishment. Your body needs a certain amount of protein and fats per day. This explains under eating better than I can:

That being said, if you are not using a food scale to weigh all solids and semi-solids, and several liquids (such as olive oil), you are very likely eating more than you realize. Measuring cups are quite inaccurate, and eyeballing serving sizes is very inaccurate. Even packages can be up to 20% more than what is stated on the outside. So you may be much closer to that 1690 than you realize.

Nobody gains weight while under eating. However, weight loss can be stalled and stressed by chronic under eating through hormonal imbalances and stress. Take better care of yourself along the way. Your body will appreciate it more.

What are you eating that you feel "stuffed" on 1100 or 1200 calories for the whole day? That just plain doesn't make sense for a grown man weighing over 200 lbs. and over 6' tall.

You're guessing wrong. You've eaten too much to gain weight, so you must eat less to lose weight. Believing otherwise is understandable as we all love to eat, but it's still wishful thinking. 1200 calories is not much food, so you're either counting wrong, or you're too excited to feel hungry. Excitement wears off, and weightloss takes time. Tighten up your logging and eat the amount you're supposed to. You can eat what you want, though.
