Vitamins and affects on weight loss and general health

Hope everyone is doing well with weight loss and maintenance. If you are taking vitamins, what vitamins do you take and how has it affected your weight/health?

I started Vitamin B Complex a few days ago and waiting 2 weeks for its full affect. Its generally recommended since my memory has been weak. It's also nice to know it helps metabolize carbs.

    Vitamins will have no impact on your weight loss and certainly will not help metabolise carbs. They will only have a positive impact on your health if you are deficient in that vitamin or mineral to begin with. A deficiency can only really be determined by a blood test. They won't do you any harm but may not do any good either.

    Some vitamins like vit A should not be taken unless it is determined that you need them. As in other areas of our lives, too much may not be good.
