Okay, maybe that's a bit of a stretch, but I do have the ability to speak to others about how they can positively alter their health and even minds in a positive way. I have been asked if I have ever thought about life-coaching, but not professionally, no. I dont want any titles set in stone because then the pressures on me to prove myself to others constantly. I haven't taken any health classes in college except for Psychology but, I grew up with a mother and my grandmother who always strived to keep myself and my brother healthy 24/7 and between my mother and grandmother, they were really great doctors. I learned a lot as a child and even as a Teen and I continue to learn how to benefit myself physically and mentally everyday as a 31/32 year old. 31/32 just means I'm 31 but I will be 32 in October. I've been doing my best to pass on my family knowledge about health and longevity to everyone. People are kind of judgmental though because we live in a world where popular medicine and fitness ideas are commercializing each person's thought process because many industries including pharmaceutical companies don't want to lose money so they push PM and OTC on the public. It's not a conspiracy theory, we've known this for years but it hasnt changed because the industry is stacked. So many people who are aware have leaned on Alternative Medicine and Holistics and have been adjusting their diets accordingly. That's what my coaching centers around.

So, no kind of education in nutrition and you rely upon woo like alternative/holistic medicine instead of evidence-based practice?

    Sounds legit.

Big Pharma saved my life. And continues to do so daily. If I'd gone to Alternative Medicine and Holistics I'd be dead. So that's *my* awareness. ;)

I wish you luck in your life coaching endeavors, though.

Me too. I would definitely be dead without it. The holistic and alternative medicine industries are also in it to make money ;) There are lots of illnesses that do not get better with diet alone.

Oh absolutely! I got nephritis at 13 from untreated strep throat. Without penicillin, blood pressure meds and a knowledgeable doctor who knew what to do to save my kidneys, I'd have died of renal failure. Thank God my parents were brain-washed by Big Pharma.
