This time it's for real

Ive been on and off weights since I was 16 and now ill be 30 next year and I'm 200lbs of blah. My ideal weight would be 185lbs of lean muscle. Personal trainer said I'm carrying 40lbs of fat. ( first day at the gym it's a free session lol). I had always been skinny eating right and counting calories are where I struggle. Any advice to keep me grounded on my goal is appreciated. Thanks in advance for the support.
