Went over my calories

Besides all the above wisdom, 180 calories is mostly within the range of uncertainty for nutrition labels and raw fruits and vegetables. That is, fugedaboutit.0

You can offset a bit of the overage yet today ... by doing some exercise. Log onto YouTube and do a 15 minute segment of a Leslie Sansone Walk at Home video.
The best thing ... tomorrow is a new day so you get to START OVER.
Your overage is relatively small in the overall scheme of things. Starting over and keeping on plan tomorrow will get you mentally back on track.
Don't do any of this.
Losing weight does not require perfection. For many people it takes a very long time to lose weight and being stressed about 180 calories is going to drive you crazy. This isn't a video game and you aren't going to be penalized for going over your goal a little bit.
There is no reason to start over because there is no reason to stop. If your plan requires absolute adherence to your calorie goal you need a new plan.7
