So far after 2 months I have maintained yaya for me! It is actually not as hard as I thought it would be as I have had some REALLY bad days. I have been continuing to run 2-4 miles a day 3-4 times a week. I try to keep myself to healthy breakfast and lunch and then dinner is whatever. Seems to work for me.

    Good for you! I am 1.5 years into maintenance and I can say with honesty that it keeps getting easier.
