I believe I talked about this before but since I changed my workout routine to only compound lifting (which I keep improving every week with weights) and this week, I'm heading out of town for a few days. I will be in the mountains and want to keep up my muscle building, but the hotel we are staying at only has dumbbells. I will also be doing a lot of hiking, especially almost all day hikes and I'll be carrying all the weight on my back. Will hiking with carrying weight help me out or should I try to make time to go to the hotel gym and try to do compound lifting with dumbbells?
