Lost 40 lbs, maintained for a few years. Fell off the wagon and put on 20lbs. Dissapointed, but ready to do this again! Looking for supportive motivational friends.

Way to get back on the wagon!! I lost 30 lbs and put that and more on over a couple years. I am now trying to exercise daily and eat better. It’s difficult but definitely doable. I’m trying to make sure this is a lifestyle change this time and not a short term thing.1
