Hi, I was wondering how you all have set your macros. I’m having them set for 20% fat and 40% each carbs and protein. I usually go over the fat and ways under the protein. My goal is to lose weight, lots of it, like 120 lbs. I am down 30lbs but would love to hear some opinions, please.

40% protein is pretty high, unless your calorie goal is really low. Why did you choose that?
Macros don't directly affect weight loss, but they can help with satiety, and minimums are required for good health. Your macro distribution should make hitting your calorie goal as easy as possible.1 -
Increase your fats and decrease your proteins. Problem solved!2
