Arm Transformations

Hey all!
I have... well horrible arms. If you look at my thumbnail you'll see that my upper arms (bicep area--especially the left arm) has a lovely "baby fat crease". I know the fat will all go away. The problem is I'm afraid that that crease will always be there or the skin will look freaky or something. I would REALLY like to hear your stories/see your arm pictures to try and ease my fears... Thanks!

Sorry, I don't have any pics either, but my arms are a major problem spot for me as well. If you search some of the boards where people post about lifting, I bet tons of pics will come up.

I wish I could help but my arms are bad they hang from losing weight and not doing any exercise on them, I won't even wear a short sleeve shirt they are so bad. So maybe someone can help us.

It's all about lowering BF%, lifting to maintain muscle mass, and patience. You can't do exercises to specifically burn fat from your arms, but you can do exercises to maintain the muscle mass in your arms so there is definition once the fat has been burned.

I get that part, but that's not the definition that I'm worried about. It's really the skin and how it will look after. I need to see that people are fine without surgery! I'm terrified of surgery...

All I can say to that one is it takes quite a bit more time for the elasticity of the skin to catch up with the fat loss.
