How to track question

You know those mini exercise bikes you can get, that can be used sitting on a chair by your legs or arms? I'm trying to figure how I would track that on MFP? I don't use a fitbit or garmin. Can anyone helps, please? I look it up in the exercise section, but nothing came up.

Here is a calculator: You can create your own exercise to track it.

One thing I am wondering: it would be less calories used if done with arms than legs. I’d probably need a tracker to establish the difference there, do you think?0

The Compendium of Physical Activities assigns a value of 2.8 METs to the arm ergometer (it's near the top of page 2). That's about the same METs value as walking at 2.0 mph on a level surface, for a reference point.
Using Cornell University's METs to Calorie Calculator, you can input your weight, METs value and activity time and get an estimate that's probably going to be about as accurate as you can get.
