Good morning! I am just getting back to regularly logging daily, following my macros strictly, and am always looking for a little support!
Training for 1/2 marathon - marathon run for 2019 and want to lose 10#! Anyone into running?

I'm not at the long distance level yet, but I love running and am slowly, gradually training up my mileage
I've got 18 lbs left to lose and I'm training for a 10k right now.

I love running. My normal distances are generally 2-5 miles though. As soon as I'm fully recovered, I'll be back at it (had surgery Aug. 2nd). For now I'm just redoing C25K as I recovery.0
