Just joined and hoping to ditch my other weight loss tracking app. Got some more exploring to do in here, but hoping to hit hard the snacking advice in and around here - my downfall! π
Lost 40 lbs. and 2/3 clothes sizes already but have been at the same weight for the past few months, even with 1-2 hours of exercise 5/6 days a week. Itβs that portion control/snacking thing... π And being over 50, itβs hard to keep on the losing streak! Got a personal trainer for the exercise portion now (a step up and crucial as I have psoriatic arthritis & psoriasis!) and now this app, so... ππ»
