Weird diets

Trying to get back on the wagon and was thinking about all the diets out there. I thought I was being original when I thought of the " THREE BITE DIET", meaning that you can have anything you want to eat but it can only be three normal size bites and you can't repeat the food more than once a day. However, I found this has already be pushed. Anyhow, I guess I'll just stick to my "caloires in ... calories out" approach. Have you been sucked in to any fad diets ... and how'd that work for you?

I've only dieted one time, using a plan which some do consider a fad-alternate day intermittent fasting (JUDDD). As for how it worked-look at my ticker
Current bmi is 19.8, I've been in maintenance for several months now and I went from a size 14 jean to a loose size 4 (getting some size 2s next week).
