Want a sense of accomplishment? Then go exercise!! Better yet get it done first thing in the morning. You will be more awake, set yourself up for making better choices throughout the day, and feel awesome having it done already! Are ya with me?? Who does their workout first thing?

    No, seriously though, for a NON morning person my whole life- I've found a love for morning exercise. :)

    Cooler out, no sun beating down, not many people around, birds are singing, I could go on and on.
