Back at it again

Hi everyone!!

I'm Natalie and I've been doing myfitnesspal on and off for years. I got to a dangerously low weight by restricting too many calories and not exercising. I ended up fainting and that's when I stopped myfitnesspal for a long time. Of course I gained back all the weight I lost and then some.

This time, I plan to do things the right way. I got a gym membership and I've been lifting weights consistently and going on long walks. I'm eating more than 1,000 calories a day this time and making mindful food choices. I still struggle with binging at night (I do really well during the day but that all goes out the window when I get home from work at 11pm) I hope to break this bad habit and get the toned body I've always wanted.

I know this journey isn't easy and I'd love to make some friends on here for emotional support! Feel free to add me. We got this!
