I Need Friends

Hi guys,
I’m Rachael. I’m 19, in my second year of college. I have gained back all of the weight I lost in high school and I am only 6 or so pounds from my highest weight ever.
I’m feeling really low. I keep binging, I have been eating about 3,000 calories a day for 10 days. It’s one of the worst binges I’ve ever had lol. It’s always when I’m home, and out of sight of the rest of my family. I just get into this self-sabotaging daze and eat until I’m stuffed.
I hope I can connect to some of you and get involved in a community here! I know these things are possible, but I’ve never made it happen.

    Hi! You could add me as a friend if you’d like. I had started off slowly by just counting my calories. Then I started to incorporate some exercises. But most importantly, do not beat yourself up if you go over your calorie count. Tomorrow is always another day. It will happen, that’s fine. I would be happy to motivate and support you :)
