I am new to this program and have tried it all with little or no success. MFP. Was suggested to help me get into the habit of eating the right number of calories in a healthy way. I look forward to suggestions, encouragement and a new start.

Hi- I'm new here too. Actually I created a profile about a year ago but I just started using it. How's that for procrastination! My Fitness Pal was also recommended to me by a friend who has had success using the calorie counter. So I hope it will be a tool that will be helpful for me as well.0
